My local Dunkin, and I keep wanting them to surprise me and be good but time and time again it’s always disappointing. Today was a dozen donuts that presented and tasted like yesterday’s. Hard, shriveled and inedible. I ordered ahead with the app and then the lady at the speaker said to pull around. When I got to the window the donuts were there on the counter and she was off cleaning. I was the only customer. She then finally decided to walk over to the window and hand them to me. the worst dunkin’ donuts i have ever been to. they constantly mess up orders and are disrespectful. will not be going back.
