Me an family always go to this Dunkin’ Donuts usually good service but some odd reason bad customer service today drive thru lady had an attitude an was rushing at the speaker after we said to give us a minute
The service at this location is aweful. I've never been to a Dunkin where the order taker at the drive through substituted items without asking. When I asked at the window the lady would just repeat the substitution without explaining. If you don't have or sell something, just say "I'm sorry, we don't have that, would you like..." it seems it's easier to be rude. We tried again the next day and had to repeatedly ask for a straw to accompany a large beverage. Terrible experiences.
Bro theres so much ice, this is after 3 sips Saw there was a line at starbs so im like ok dunkin-mode lets go. Asked for the shakin brown sugar espresso or whatever its called. Ts taste like garbage water what did they put in here⁉️ NO WONDER THERES A LINE AT STARBS AND NOT DUNKIN🤦 Do NOT get coffee here
