Updated again: New crew, back to the old issues. Don’t allow mobile ordering if you don’t know how to handle it in the drive thru. I seriously need to know how these places handle HR. Do they just come in and clean house every few months and start over? Because it sure seems like it…

Was held hostage in the Drive-Thru for almost 20 minutes or more clearly they were short on staff or had something else going on. When I drove around the building finally being able to leave I heard shouting. A gentleman was out of his car in the Drive-Thru shouting back at the one behind him who probably thought he was taking too long to order not aware that it was the restaurant and fault. First visit to Dunkin' in five years and they forgot half the bag, charged extra for the eye rolls, and still handed me the wrong items when I went inside to fix it. It takes real talent to be that incompetent and that rude before 8am. I'll try again in another five years.

They charge $1 extra for drink WITHOUT ice!! Hope they go out of business soon..
