This man refused to take my order, after I waited 5 minutes to ask a question about one of the specials in my app. He just pointed to the kiosk and refused to speak to me. There was no one else at the restaurant.

Be careful of this Dunkin' Donuts. I bought donuts and coffee for our movers a few weeks ago, and noticed that they charged me twice. I contacted the manager to let him know. I explained the situation and emailed him the screenshot of the duplicate change. He said he would look into it. I was patient and kind with him, thinking that it was probably a simple mistake.
