The woman working the drive thru could really improve her customer service approach. When handing out orders, there was no greeting, no “here you go,” no “have a good day,” and not even a smile. A small acknowledgment or friendly interaction would make a big difference. Customer service is an important part of the experience, especially at the drive thru window.
