It's a Dunkin, it's a hit or miss with the coffee mixing. But I can say I've never had a bad or terrible experience.
I placed a mobile order at 7:41am. I realize this is a busy time of day. When I arrived, I walked in with a person who stopped to place an order at the kiosk. Two people were at the counter placing their order. My mobile order was on the counter at the mobile pickup where I patiently waited for my order. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. One employee in particular, Mason, has consistently displayed a rude and disrespectful attitude during multiple visits. Whether working the counter or the drive-thru, he appears uninterested in helping customers, often sitting on his phone and responding with attitude whenever questions are asked or items are added to an order.
