Horrible service especially in the morning! How are there at least 5 people there behind the counter & only 1 person working the register? Oh & they act like youre wasting THEIR time when they decide to finally serve you. I walked out after waiting 5 mins & basically was ignored. I dont have time for someone to feel like serving me my order when they feel good & ready to.
No soap in the bathrooms? Yeah… This place is a public health hazard.
Strictly off of the customer service, I will not be returning. Drive through woman was so rude and when I asked could she add more oatmilk, she insisted that I tasted it first... like Miss.. it is far too early for your nonsensical ways...So I tasted it and gave it back and they had a whole little mini huddle about ONE DRINK- So I pulled off. The way they talk to people is very disrespectful and they need a lot more training.
