This is one of my favorite DD’s when it comes to my espresso drinks. That being said very unhappy that they try to cut corners. Recently I ve been getting the protein latte even though I don’t like the regular milk taste because it sure gives an energy boost especially before my runs. Got the same protein lattee 4 days in a row, but the day I used my free drink points it sure didn’t have the distinct milk taste I didn’t like, instead tasted very watery 🤔
Waited 5–7 minutes in line while an employee stood nearby cleaning and she ignored customers. It was around 6:30pm another employee was doing everything alone (orders, drinks, sandwiches) with the same gloves, which didn’t seem sanitary. The employee who didn’t help also had a bad attitude. Poor service and lack of teamwork.
