I don’t know who was working today October 30 2025 at 9:30pm. Super rude I tried to order a matcha latte with cold foam they said theirs no such combination I always order this so I was so confused. Had to just place the order on the app so they can make it for me. I go back to the window and I ask for my order online and he asks if I just placed me order so I said yes. Always a great experience at this Dunkin!
I ordered a ice latte guy gave me hot one and I said that was not what I ordered and it was almost like he was refusing to fix my order and was trying to make me pay for something I didn’t order. Very disappointing
