I picked up one of the bags ,Good to go ,save food. I had a great selection of donuts. They were very good.
Says open at 4, got there at 4:50 with Open sign on. Not a soul around.
Jonathan has 5 star customer service skills. We have not come across a dunkin donuts store that closes at 7PM, and we arrived 15 minutes late. No excuses and totally our mistake for not checking store hours but Jonathan understood our predicament and gave us our "too good to go" order. Thank you very much for understanding.
Ordered a frozen coffee with a light mocha drizzle and they filled the cup with chocolate syrup. When asked if they could remake they said that it was definitely light drizzle lmao…. Instead of making it right I was running late so I just said forget it. Donuts were for my customer and I thought I would grab a coffee for myself - never again
