Do you all not want to make money? I pulled in today to order at the drive-thru and no one acknowledged me. I was the only person there, so I assumed maybe the place was closed, at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday. After waiting a few minutes, I drove around to look through the window and I saw an employee, some man with a headset, standing there looking at me. Took 30 mins to get a dozen donuts. Ordered in the lobby and was skipped by 5 different other customers. I’ll never be back to this location. Not even an apology or anything.
I order something online and it wasn’t out of shock online and when I get there the person came out said they out of shock and I want to get my money back it’s almost been 2 months since then and they still haven’t gave my money back from it
