I tried so hard to give this dunkin some credit, but I have been going here for a year and only ONCE has my order been correct. They have given me old stale bagels, cold sandwiches, improper cream cheese, incorrect drinks, etc. I mean seriously people it is not that hard. I've had my card charged about 5 times now when they were actually out of that item and I had to order something else, just to hope the price was close and I wasn't losing additional money, because they never refund! The absolute SLOWEST Dunkin in the world !!!! Every single time I come here they take at least 7 to 10 min just to greet me inside .
Customer service is absolutely the worst. Its as if you have inconvenienced them when you place an order!
