Bad service, I’ve given this worker multiple chances, but her attitude and service remain unacceptable. She’s consistently rude, never smiles, and treats customers with disrespect. Her poor attitude makes the whole experience unpleasant. It’s disappointing to deal with someone so unprofessional.
The comments speak for itself, waited 20 min for two coffee and bagels, and one coffee was halfway. Not to mention I missed my train, was hesitant at stopping by but usually coffee shops are pretty quick so I thoughtttt. They need another employee there, who actually knows what they’re doing. The young girl there was very lost and confused yet still wants to argue with her colleague, despite being wrong, just listen and get orders going.
Quick in, out. Box of Joe and a whole lot of donuts didn’t slow the team down one bit. They were wonderful.
