This is the worst DD ever. Service is awful. Slow. Very slow. Not polite. No sense of customer service at all. They don't have their shit together. I hate coming here. And I don't think I will ever again even though it's so close. Just always a poor experience.
First and last time I stop by this store , I plan on getting a coffee I walk in there a line I decide I’m going to used the restroom while they serve the other customers, their bathroom is locked I ask them if I can use it and the cashier says no I need to purchase something first, I explained that I was going to get a coffee but first I needed to used the restroom, she wouldn’t open the door till I got my coffee man how this makes sense I’m buying food and walking within into the restroom????
