Old lady very service was bad and not treated well
Probably the most crabbiest staff I've ever witnessed. Just wanted tea, not even a smile, They all looked like they didn't want to be there. No wonder there slow.
I stop here almost every morning before work. I work in the service industry as well, so I don’t normally complain or leave negative reviews. I stopped in to grab my morning coffee and had mentioned that they messed my order up yesterday. I had paid extra to get egg on an avocado toast, and I never got egg on it. I showed photos of my order showing the print off that says I had egg on it. Obviously there was no egg. Hence why I mentioned something to the workers. I ordered two brown sugar, shaken espresso with oat milk, and got two with toasted almond in it and when I called to get one remade because Im allergic and was having an allergic reaction, they gaslit me and told me that just because it’s on my sticker doesn’t mean it’s in my cup. I’ve honestly never written a review in my life but this was just so baffling.
