I just wanted to give a shoutout to Aliyah at Dunkin’ because she is seriously the sweetest! Every time i go, she is always super friendly, nice, and helpful. I’m always trying different drinks and food, so I’m usually asking a million questions about what to get and she is always patient with me and helps me decide. Hostile staff and completely unacceptable behavior I am writing this review to warn others about the appalling behavior from the staff at this Dunkin’ location (1159 S Valley Drive) The level of hostility here goes far beyond poor customer service. The staff is actively belligerent toward people in the shared parking lot—even when you are visiting the neighboring business, the AT&T store next door.
