This Dunkin’ is located in the casino. The staff barely spoke any English and it was hard to communicate with them.
Ordered ahead. After waiting several minutes, finally inquired about order. Then was the wrong order. Sent it back, they reused the cup, overfilled it so when they handed it to me, it spilled. Still not what I ordered. Again dumped out part of the coffee and added more ingredients. Then tried to give to another customer. Result was a less than desirable coffee. It’s a great spot. Great customer service. Will served me and he did an awesome job. Thanks Will. Mohammad and Hanan were very helpful and nice. I love coming here specially because of the staff.
Terrible service today . March 18 2024 . I asked for a Coffee very extra light and the guy basically argued with me and did not add any extra milk like I asked. Please do not patronize
