if i could give this dunkin a ZERO i would! they clearly hire anyone here because i been at this drive thru twice and the employees are literally on the phone cussing every time like huh??! they have airpods in cussing up a storm i was flabbergasted. I ordered a small iced coffee with extra everything. A man took my order but, the boy who made it definitely did not listen to my order. You need to teach your employees how to prioritize the orders in which order they came in...3rd party drivers should not have to wait 10 + minutes for their orders when it took them 15 minutes to get to your location because they are too busy taking care of the drive through to worry about the orders that came in long before them... We are doing you a favor by helping your business make money, we are not being compensated by your company at all...... Stop wasting our time
