Very slow and there seems to be a lack of staff training. Mgr was yelling (never helpful in an already stressful situation) and the kids were trying but there was a lot of confusion. I went in because the drive thru was sooo long - got my coffee and bagel and back to the car before the last vehicle in line when I had gone in had even ordered. Suggest some manager training which would lead to better staff training!

This Dunkin has the absolute worst customer service!!!!! Never acknowledge the customers , no good morning... No how can I help you nothing!!! I don't understand for the life of me.. why I have to wait for a mobile order that behind the counter.... The purchase of ordering ahead is you don't have to wait. I place and mobile order it's behind the counter and the staff won't even acknowledge you standing wait for an order that should be placed in the mobile pickup area. The is nasty... I visited the store to purchase a frozen coffee, but the drink I received was not frozen at all. When I brought the issue to the employee’s attention, the employee who made the drink, Ryan, told me the reason it wasn’t frozen was because it had espresso in it. That explanation is incorrect because I always order espresso in my frozen drink and have never had this issue before. When I questioned him about it, Ryan became visibly upset and frustrated.
