Disgusting customer service here. At this location when you pull up they said go head with your order. Instead of greeting you. Then on a Saturday morning when hardly nobody is in the drive thru the girl has me waiting almost 5 minutes for an ice coffee that was already sitting there. How it is that I said thank you and get no reply back like no thank you! For being our customer. 08/02/2026 Update: it's getting better! But I will leave my initial review in place until more time has passed.... Like every other Dunkin', I order the same coffee every time and its different almost every time. Things are not standardized, calibrated, employees don't give a dang and give you an attitude when you tell them they made your coffee wrong.
Polite staff, clean restaurant, greeted when we walked in.
