I hope the GM or owner of this franchise can see this. Please for sake of all Dover residents and visitors, give me a month at this location and I’ll have them managing time so much better! The amount of revenue / Profit that is lost at this place is astronomical. Staff are usually pretty friendly the customer service from my experience has not been bad. 45 min in line is WILD! Let me start by saying this is the best Dunkin in the city of Dover. You cannot find a better group of people to start your morning. Kimberly, she is an absolute ray of sunshine. She is so welcoming and happy every single morning. I don't think she knows how to frown 🤔. It was very busy one weekend day, the crew working to get orders out, and she was making sandwiches.
