Workers are great. Never had any issues and love getting my ice coffee from there.
The staff is nice! However, we ordered 2 bagels and asked for them to be toasted. When we received them, both bagels had been toasted twice on the outside which made them taste burnt, and weren't toasted at all on the cut side.
Don’t come in here after 3, you might as well get behind the counter and make your own drink. The drinks are actually terrible and it’s evident that the closers don’t care to make a proper drink, even though it’s empty. Can’t believe I had to pay for that.
I had a really tough day today, and whoever the man was working at Dunkin’ on Thursday, April 9th around 3 PM completely turned it around for me. He went out of his way to show kindness, which was so unexpected and honestly meant so much. It was just a reminder that there are still genuinely kind people! I really hope this gets back to him because he deserves recognition. Thank you for making my day so much better 🤍🍩
