I have visited this location numerous times. Most visits the staff have been pleasant even when there has been a mistake, with the exception of one young gentleman. With every interaction I have had with this tall blond young man he has become more disrespectful and rude. I’ve come here a lot over time and usually service is good. I don’t know what happened this time but i don’t even feel comfortable going back. I came in on monday and was helped by this tall kid with blonde hair, he made me really uncomfortable and i don’t even want to come back after. Coming from an elderly woman ive been around long enough and seen enough to know what it looks like when someone is on the stuff. I just want to say thank you to Spencer and Germaine to care of our order and even though we were missing one of our sides and they went above and beyond to get it right and even gave us a complimentary coffee and even took care of my little pup with a pup cup!
