It's very busy here and I prefer to use the drive thru which is very quick. I don't like going inside where it's small and very packed to the point where you can be standing at the counter for awhile before someone actually notices you. I think they prefer for you to actually use the kiosks that they have set up everywhere and not the actual service counter because no one is in a rush to serve you at the counter and I learned that pretty fast and that's why I will always go through the drive thru cause the wait inside can be... read more
Service is good. Sometimes kind of crowded as it is a small space.
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location due to the conduct of a store associate named Jessica. I stood in the store unattended and unassisted for several minutes while waiting for help. During that time, a donut my grandmother wanted was taken and given to the drive-thru window, even after I clearly stated that we had been waiting for it.
