If I could leave 0 stars I would. We stopped here for coffee in the middle of our roadtrip. When we walked in, it was empty. We ordered at the kiosk and there was 8 people working. Not one person greeted us or acknowledged we were in the store. We waited for 20 minutes for our drinks and donuts after ordering. It got busy and they served everyone else before us while we sat there. Our order was ready sitting on the counter for another 10 minutes and they didn’t call it out. I haven't eaten the food, I always get the frozen ice coffee sugar free vanilla. Today I was in there and order a frozen coffee and I asked for the senior discount and the young lady was supposed to have given me one with a discount. She charged me 6.25 and when I mentioned it. She told me that it was the correct price so I told it's weird cause I was there the other day and the other young lady only charge me 5.76 or something like that and she said that now they charge for the whipped cream.
