Manager is beyond rude and disrespectful.
In no world would I ever have a problem with customer service folks. The woman who was working at the Dunkin Donuts had a big problem with me for reasons I still can’t understand. Black hair and glasses. My partner overheard her being nasty to the other employees when we walked in, so the negative energy wasn’t just directed at me. Izzy is the best
I avoid this Dunkin location at all costs. It’s most convenient for where I travel but four separate occasions now the guy wouldn’t make one order of hash browns because he said they take too long. I thought once or twice because maybe they were short staffed but four times is crazy especially since two of the times he told me this after I already ordered. I haven’t had this issue at the location near Costco or by Fanny.
