Every time I go here I am reminded of why I go to the one further down. They don’t know how to do ratios so my coffee is about 80% cream. This is even after requesting one cream for a medium
I was very disappointed with the service at this location today. I stood at the front counter for at least 10 minutes, along with several other customers, without anyone acknowledging us. The two employees behind the counter were busy making drinks and talking on the phone instead of assisting customers. Eventually, an employee who was on break noticed what was happening and came over to help us, which I appreciated. Ordered 6 donuts all stale I trashed u should be ashamed donuts sit all day u sell them knowing they are stale made me sick first bites dry nasty been here b4 bagels stale 1 won't be back
Walked in about 20 minutes ago. No customers, 3 employees that i could see. I stood at the register for several minutes. Nobody even acknowledged me. I walked out and went to the one just up Frederick Rd. Was immediately greeted and taken care of.
