Ordered a sourdough sandwich and watched how it was prepared. I immediately threw it away. I do not eat pork, and the employee handling my food touched pork multiple times and then continued preparing my sandwich without changing gloves. He also placed another sandwich next to mine in the same oven, which raised concerns about cross-contamination. Additionally, he was taking orders without changing gloves, which is very unsanitary. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience. Order #: 6582
I like that there's outdoor seating, though I usually go through the drive through. The berry energy drink and the loaded hash browns are pretty good.
Thank you to the Gentleman who was working the drive thru on yesterday evening around 5 PM. He was very kind and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order before I left. Good customer service is greatly appreciated.
Lizzie/Lizzy is truly an amazing worker! She deserves the upmost recognition for being so kind. Also, the best my drink has ever been made :)
