No problems with food, I go there all the time. The frustrating thing is, every time, I’m asked to pull around as soon as I pay, whether anyone is behind me or not or whether I order for 1 person or 10. I asked why and the answer is because I’m running there time up. Ridiculous.
Terrible food and they left a donut out of my order essentially charging me for something I didn’t even get. If it wasn’t for my coffee order being right I’d leave one star(even though it’s slightly lacking in quality)
I hope the people writing bad reviews are not regulars. Seems like they keep going back and are just unhappy with the way their lives are treating them. Had the pumpkin spice signature latte and a bacon egg and cheese croissant, and it was exactly what I ordered. Everyone in the store was very polite and attentive and got started right away on my order.
Ordered a frozen coffee on the app, was ready as soon as I walked in. Everyone working was super nice.
