I stopped by to get a decaf coffee. They had a label on it and told me specifically which one of the coffees was decaf since I got another one for my husband. Later I was so sick. I think they just put water in coffee and think that it's the same thing. It is not. I am beyond angry. I was leaving for a vacation that afternoon and was struggling with being sick trying to get to the airport. Coffee is always consistent which I appreciate and customer service is nice but we experienced a not so please visit on a slow Sunday morning where what seemed to be the manager questioned where the window worker went as I asked her for something extra. She screamed “10 seconds” to her employee which I didn’t like because the girl was kind enough to retrieve what I asked for. Could display better moral in front of customers!
