Lately every time I come to the window and I order anything they ask if you could just drive up to the entrance and wait there instead of waiting at the drive-through window it’s so rude even if there’s no cars behind you
Staff was friendly and courteous.
Wife ordered an online pickup and I went to pick it up. I drove around the drive thru to the service window to pickup the order. They looked at me like I was the craziest person they’ve ever seen. They opened window and rudely said Can I Help you? Told them I was there to pickup the order. She was in disbelief that I would do that. She went on to tell me next time I need to stop at the window. Not sure how that makes any sense but they were extremely rude. My first 1 star review and they deserve it.
This Dunkin is newer so the store is clean. The staff definitely hates their jobs. No one smiled. Not at me, other customers or at each other... it was really sad. The drink was also really mediocre.
