They are trained to make bad coffee
Ordered about three things and they failed to tell us that they were out of about 2/3rds of said order after we had been there for about twenty minutes already with a nearly empty. Offered a refund half heartedly with an apology that sounded like it had been said about twenty other times already that morning. Cannot make a coffee to save their lives and service is somewhat of an enigma.

Patricia is the best! Friendly and fast service ALWAYS at this Dunkin. I’m a sweet tea fan, and this Dunkin has the best, most consistent sweet tea. I love this Dunkin- where they know me and my order! 😊
