The DD app wouldn’t let me reorder my “favorite” because one item (the sausage, egg & cheese sandwich) was not available at this kosher location. I gave up and ordered at the counter. When I went to “pick up”… there was my name on a waiting MOBILE order! The one-star review is because the woman was borderline RUDE in her “you’re screwed” attitude. She could have easily tried to be nice about it… but instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was just given attitude. I’ve been to this location MANY times before.. but ... read more
Not happy. Starting with the service. In the middle of giving my order, a tall, white bearded gentleman approached and his order was taken in the middle of mine. Then my order was incomplete and incorrect. The bagel was too hard. Disgusted, I told him to make no changes and left. Definitely not going back to this place.
