There are a lot of miserable people who work here. Not sure why this particular location attracts unfriendly cranky employees but it's the only Dunkin I know of that is like this.
I went twice and had a horrible experience both days. The 1st time the lady behind the counter didn’t even look at us and continue to talk to her employee while ignoring us while we were giving her our order. Then the next day I went up she gave me a huge attitude when I tried to order because I thought she was ready. The food is so bad and I don’t know how the coffee is cause they can’t get one order right. Every coffee I ordered was wrong and they were disgusting.
No professionalism whatsoever. I paid for my ONE drink and ONE sandwich. Cashier was not paying attention, immediately went on her phone gave me no receipt. Other customers in the establishment did not receive their receipt either. The staff questioned each customer where their receipt was but were told we never got it. Instead of commenting that guests are on their phones, why don’t you look at your staff first.
