Completely incompetent messed up order three times, kept putting milk in dairy free drink with stated allergy. Avoid at all costs.
Go to place whenever I get back from a trip
Unfortunately the worst dunkin experience i have ever had. The servers are really rude, the order number means absolutely nothing and the food and drinks were absolutely appalling.
Best place in the airport for something to eat and a coffee. Nowhere else will you get a bacon egg and cheese hashbrowns in a medium coffee hut or cold for six dollars service was great. They got a good tip. I go there every time I go to Logan, which just once a month you can’t beat it!
I have never been to a slower dunkin in my life. The manager looked like she had no idea what she was doing. 8 employees back there but only 1 person on the register with 20 customers waiting. It's unfortunate that a business can have such horrible customer service and still continue to make money. The only reason this place stays in business is because there are no other coffee options around term E.
