I order a “Pumpkin cold brew with cold foam”, no cold foam … I order a chocolate glazed STICK (had to say it not once but twice when ordering 🙄) and get a donut instead of what I ordered. Honestly my fault, I should have double checked the bag instead of assuming the troglodyte behind the counter understood my order (that I repeated for them). I really wanted my chocolate glazed stick because I don’t see it all the time, but I got a bag of disappointment instead …
