I visited a couple days ago around 1 PM and ordered a simple drink. Unfortunately, one of the girls behind the counter gave me some attitude, which wasn’t a great experience. Best coffee ever
Purchased a Dunkin’ Donuts gift card $20.00. They were out of envelopes to put it in. So I asked for a cup to put it in. Which may have cost them 15 cents. The employee had to ask her manager, a large African-American woman came over and said that I needed to purchase something to get a cup. I held up the receipt and the gift card I literally just purchased and said “I did just make a purchase”. She said NO! angrily you have to make a purchase if you want a cup for free.
