Management is very unprofessional. Lies to customers when they call. And hangs up the phone mid conversation.
Went to this place to buy coffee and use bathroom. No public bathroom according to the staff. Is this now the standard Dunkin Donut policy now?!
Wow. Horrible customer service. Overcharged for things that should be included but also didn't ask for. Coffee is burnt (tastes weird)? Cant drink it so i overpaid and had to just throw it away. Surprised I didnt get a charge for the water used to make the coffee.

I had a really poor experience at this location recently. I ordered my usual coffee, but it was lukewarm and tasted burnt, which was not the start to my day I was hoping for. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and frustrated, and nobody acknowledged me for several minutes. It felt chaotic and unprofessional, and I honestly think I will be going to a different coffee shop from now on.
