Customer bathroom was locked and customers were not permitted to use. When we enquire if it was truly out of order, the worker asked the manager what to say and the manager appeared evasive. I asked where do workers go, they said they have another bathroom in the back. Once again they appeared evasive..
Frozen coffee with a shot of espresso, more like frozen milk. Don’t bother wasting your time at this Dunkin.
Great food
Manager doesn’t have to love their job but they should be the one showing better customer service
