I went to get an sausage, cheese and egg on a plain bagel, the girl gave the sandwich without the sausage. I wonder why?
UPDATED: No matter what time off the day the donuts are always stale. Tons of sugar. Tell them no sugar and you get more sugar. On another note all Dunkin coffee taste like shit anymore. No clue what they did but it's horrible. And got rid of all the good donuts. Cream filled sugar and plain
Usually drinks are pretty okay but this time I was given the most diabolical drink I ever have from a Dunkin. I ordered a large frozen coffee and it came out looking like diarrhea. I tried to give it a chance, stir it, and drink it anyways but it was disgusting. I even gave it to a friend to try and they also couldn’t stomach it. Don’t know if I’m brave enough to come back after this.
I have only used the kiosk for ordering so I cannot speak for the reliability of ordering by mouth. Some employees do have heavy accents that I struggle with (that's my auditory processing issues, not their fault) so I do appreciate being able to customize my order on the kiosk, and they have filled it correctly every time. I would suggest anyone struggling with getting their order correct simply use the kiosk, or, if you are going to the drive thru, order ahead online. That said.... It's a Dunkin. I’ve visited this location many times, and unfortunately my experience has been different from other Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. In my personal experience, the food quality and presentation here have seemed inconsistent compared to other branches. The items I received looked and tasted noticeably different from what I’m used to at other Dunkin’ stores.
