I ignored all the bad reviews and decided to try this location, my god it was the worst customer service ever!!!! They are extremely slow and they will take forever to get ur order in the drive through. I tried to make a simple request for my bagel but they didn’t understand what I wanted and end up telling me that’s how we make it either take it or leave it, tried to speak to the manager to understand what was the issue thinking he might be a little nicer and re-educate his employees on how to provide better service but he ... read more
