I love visiting this location. It’s conveniently situated in a plaza that handles the traffic really well. The drive-thru service is impressive and super fast! However, the in-store experience leaves a bit to be desired. If you don't have a card, staff members take a long time to assist you because they expect everyone to order through the touchscreen kiosks—which only accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Dunkin' gift cards. Other than that, the food and drinks are always prepared really well!
This Dunkin location has become extremely frustrating to visit. We have repeatedly ordered an Egg & Cheese sandwich without bacon, yet on multiple occasions the order has been made incorrectly with bacon included. This has happened so many times that it no longer feels like an isolated mistake. What makes the experience even worse is the behavior we’ve encountered at the drive-thru window. I asked for almond mild due to lactose intolerance! They gave me regular milk and I waited 14 mins for it! The guys in the night shift need more help to deal with the high demand of customers.
This place is trash. They deleted my review but I’ll just keep posting it again . They make your coffee wrong every other time then get mad when you say anything. The iced coffee be $7+ so I’m going to say something if it’s wrong. Dunkin wants to charge Starbucks prices but the customer service and consistency sucks! It’s fine when the older workers are there. the management here NEEDS to stay on top of the employees here and CLEAN YOUR OVENS/TOASTERS! my plain hash browns shouldn't be tasting like cleaning supplies, burnt plastic, and maple syrup all in one? not once have i ever had my hashbrowns taste like that, i shouldn't be picking up tastes of other peoples food, or stuff that's gonna leave a nasty, un-food like taste in my mouth. laziness is clearly happening here because there is NO reason for your hashbrowns to come out NOT tasting like hashbrowns!? get it together man it... read more
