Best Dunkin in town. The staff is always so nice and efficient. These employees have great customer service skills!!
A bit upset. I placed an order for drive thru pick up. Before, driving up I added a 3 piece donut hole using my rewards. When driving up the male employee handed me the 25 piece donut hole, that I was needing for an event at work. I told him about my three piece donut hole reward. Apparently, it didn’t show on the order. Instead of offering to correct the issue right then. He kept telling me No, I it’s on the receipt.
