Absolutely THE slowest drive-thru of any DD in the United States. With 5 cars in front of me 27 minutes. Not a one time deal either, they’re this slow EVERY STINKING DAY. If that weren’t enough, they hardly EVER get your order right. Manager needs retrained and or fired.
A coworker asked me if I wanted a drink this morning, it was on him. I told him I'd take a small cappuccino. What he returned with was a hot cup of milk. I gave him the money for it so that I didn't feel bad throwing it away right in front of him. And just a week earlier I got a medium black coffee from the same Dunkin and through that one away too. My buddy Dave says you got to ask for certain people to make your drink. If that's the case then they need to let go of the other people.
Absolute trash. I'm going to be late to work. 33 minutes I've been in the drive thru line. It gets worse and worse . Where tf is management ???????
