Horrible!
While I understand this Dunkin is on base and the volume of customers is higher than normal, good lord these employees are in over their heads. The drive thru is rarely ever open and when you order inside (on the ridiculous kiosk) it takes anywhere from 25-30 minutes to get your order. It’s time to shut this place down and add a 7Brew or Starbucks because if 3 employees can’t handle a high volume of orders and don’t even physically take orders because of the kiosk, it’s time to start anew.
No one at the counter for more than 5 mins. So I left. 11/29/23 @ 4:14.
Ordering off the mobile app 30 minutes ahead of time is not enough time to have it ready when you arrive. This post is being made at 0700, which is an alleged hour after they open, yet the door is still locked, only servicing drive through orders. 52 minutes after my order was placed it was received.
