There was NO line in the drive through when we pulled up. We ordered and paid for 2 coffees and 3 breakfast wraps. And now its currently been 23 minutes and we’re STILL SITTING in the drive through while we see people through the window doing nothing.
Horrible!
While I understand this Dunkin is on base and the volume of customers is higher than normal, good lord these employees are in over their heads. The drive thru is rarely ever open and when you order inside (on the ridiculous kiosk) it takes anywhere from 25-30 minutes to get your order. It’s time to shut this place down and add a 7Brew or Starbucks because if 3 employees can’t handle a high volume of orders and don’t even physically take orders because of the kiosk, it’s time to start anew.
No one at the counter for more than 5 mins. So I left. 11/29/23 @ 4:14.
