Well I was a customer there till yesterday, Fathers Day, in the past when I go I order a bagel SCOOPED "that means cut in half and some of the bread removed and toasted with cream cheese. Well I am a diabetic so I do not need the carbs. So I ordered my wife's food and when I asked to have the bagel SCOOPED I was told on speaker "No we do not do that" so I repeated and said in the past they always have done this.
