Dad's favorite
I’ve never had bad service at Dunkin. This is my first time at this location and WOAH it screams trash. The lady who took our order was openly talking crap about my family who drove to the window earlier than she wanted, it was a simple misunderstanding. Then we listened to the dummy at the window run her mouth back to her about us. When she started asking how many donuts of each flavor we wanted, I tried to explain we wanted three flavors and just mixed amount of each. The store was not so clean itself, there was flies and the donuts were exposed to the flies around. Customer service not so good someone came up and was ready to take our order and then dropped the box and told another employee to take our order.
Husband and I came here for breakfast this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and a grilled cheese croissant with extra bacon. My bagel was fine other than the cheese not being melted but the croissant was horrible. Burnt on the top soggy on the bottom and definitely no extra bacon which we were charged 1.50 more for.
