The store was not so clean itself, there was flies and the donuts were exposed to the flies around. Customer service not so good someone came up and was ready to take our order and then dropped the box and told another employee to take our order.
Husband and I came here for breakfast this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and a grilled cheese croissant with extra bacon. My bagel was fine other than the cheese not being melted but the croissant was horrible. Burnt on the top soggy on the bottom and definitely no extra bacon which we were charged 1.50 more for.
This location has gone DOWNHILL! During the school year I go here at least once a day.sometimes (when the manager is there - it’s great butttt other times it’s not too great, however, they are always kind. Until I went today. I ordered a Dunkalatte, refresher, and munchkins. The guy whose ENTIRE ASS was hanging out of his pants - handed me a WHITE coffee and a refresher. I had to ask for the rest.
