Cassandra was incredibly rude and did not pay attention to our order, got it wrong, and just had an overall horrible attitude, as if we were inconveniencing her. She needs to be fired immediately...

Everyone was very cheery very well-mannered even when I spilled my drink they got me a new one I definitely go back here even if it's out of my way
Was picking up a mobile order in drive thru on a Sunday morning and while I was sitting there waiting for my drinks, I watched the manager ( Kacie ) drop a cup on the floor and pick it up and continue to use it to serve a customer. I was so disgusted. The floor was covered with water that everyone was walking in and she still used a cup that fell in filth to make a drink for a customer. Unacceptable!!! Dunkin!!! Pay attention and fix this!!!
Drinks and food are great. The manager at this location is awful. I have witnessed her blowing up unprofessionally on employees in front of customers and have even seen her make employees pay for drinks that customers complain about. Last I knew, that was illegal. Will not be going back to this location due to terrible management.
