I will no longer be coming back to this location. It’s right next to my house, and I go before work. I probably order the easiest thing. I get an iced chai made with cream and blueberry shots. Horrible service

I’ve never had bad service at Dunkin. This is my first time at this location and WOAH it screams trash. The lady who took our order was openly talking crap about my family who drove to the window earlier than she wanted, it was a simple misunderstanding. Then we listened to the dummy at the window run her mouth back to her about us. When she started asking how many donuts of each flavor we wanted, I tried to explain we wanted three flavors and just mixed amount of each. The store was not so clean itself, there was flies and the donuts were exposed to the flies around. Customer service not so good someone came up and was ready to take our order and then dropped the box and told another employee to take our order.
