Ordered a sandwich on the app. When I got to the store they said the oven was down. They couldn’t make my sandwich. I was in a hurry. They offered me two donuts or I could come back later. I couldn’t come back. I took the donuts. However I used points on this order and now I have no points and never got my sandwich. Called to talk to the manager and was told he was busy. I will not be visiting this location ever again. Very disappointed! And I love Dunkin. But not this one.
Great place coffee taste as it should fast service and reasonable priced
Coffee in the mornings before work. Fast and friendly service. I stop by almost every morning.
This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever experienced. In November, I had a drive-thru incident involving multiple rude and unprofessional employees (Jasmine, Bianca, and a manager identified as Casey). I was spoken to harshly in front of my child, denied my order, blamed for their drive-thru timing metrics, and told to drive around without being served.
