The staff is always helpful and they do a great job of moving the usual long line through the drive through in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work and get kids to school!
As I usually do, I placed my order through the app before heading to work. After picking it up and while driving to work, I noticed there was a slit in my iced coffee cup, causing the drink to spill all over me and inside my car. I had to quickly make arrangements to get a change of clothes. I then called Dunkin’ to inform them of the issue, mainly in case there were other defective cups. Good Choice of Donuts!
Bathroom was disgusting and no one in the restaurant acknowledge us. I get you want to serve the drive thru but you could have someone looking after those of us who actually walk in to your coffee shop.
