Came here to this location. Used to love this location. Ordered a medium frozen french vanilla coffee with no whipped cream and a side of snack and bacon. Snacking bacon was old and cold. I asked for a remake. They said that that was all they had. I then asked for a refund. They said they were unable to give me refund. Upon asking for the manager's information I got a number that was not working. A waste of money and potential food poisoning.
Zero customer service, the girl who game me my doughnuts gave me awful teenage attitude.... for sure not coming back to this location
The staff at this place simply need to be looked at... I went there and began saying my order on drive through. There was nothing but rudeness, attitude, sarcasm, and just an unpleasant person talking on the microphone who turns out was the manager (little bit bigger of a lady). This is a shame since I love Dunkin, but it only takes one look at this specific location's Yelp Reviews for you to see that there are multiple complaints about the staff and this lady in particular...
