There is no such thing as service anymore. There is one screen in the store to take orders. The lady in front of my couldn't seem to have a payment go through and monopolize the one screen for more than 10 minutes. I finally downloaded the app and ordered from there. No less than 6 employees were working and all seemed to concentrate on the drive thru window. This is your standard DD. It has everything a DD should have. Staff was friendly. Place was well lit and clean.
Just a regular ol' Dunkin. Operated mostly by young people (not a negative, just an observation). Occassionally service will be top notch... and occassionally terrible. Recently this shop has been getting better, so I'll adjust my review as time goes on and the continue to improve. Headingbin thevright direction.
