I recently visit this Dunkin’ Donuts and am disappointed with the customer service. There was no greeting when I arrived, no “thank you” or “you’re welcome” during the interaction, and no goodbye when I left. Basic courtesy and friendliness go a long way in customer service, and unfortunately that experience is missing completely. It makes the visits feel unwelcoming and unprofessional.
I showed up at 6:38 and they have already trashed all donuts but had to boxes of them sitting on the side to take home but they close at 7. Then I proceeded to ask about my refund because I ordered online and made me exchange it for 2 loaded hasbrowns which was nasty by the way! Leaving the store she called me a sir as I showed to be transgender. I will never come back here
