Fast and friendly service
I think that employees that work specifically on SUNDAYS...., come from another planet and are always floating around in outer space visiting another Galaxy.. Because they certainly aren't paying attention to customers and their orders. I usually visit a different location during the work week, so I cannot comment on Monday-Friday. I recently visit this Dunkin’ Donuts and am disappointed with the customer service. There was no greeting when I arrived, no “thank you” or “you’re welcome” during the interaction, and no goodbye when I left. Basic courtesy and friendliness go a long way in customer service, and unfortunately that experience is missing completely. It makes the visits feel unwelcoming and unprofessional.
