I ordered a spider donut from Dunkin and it wasn’t made right. They used the wrong munchkin, which defeats the point of advertising it that way. My drink also tasted awful today, and the worker’s attitude made it even worse. She seemed more interested in chatting with a guy who was clearly there just for her than helping customers. When I offered to pay for another donut to get the correct one, she gave me attitude. The greeting was rude. The coffee I got was supposed to be hot, was in a hot cup, but was cold. Was old coffee too I got sick from two sips. The wait was 10 minutes but the place was almost empty. Donut was not good/fresh. Wasted 7 dollars don’t come here.
Terrible customer service in the drive thru who’s on that speaker. Just a bunch of little kids.
