Dunkin' sure has lost its way. Doughnuts just don't remind of years past. Small selection of doughnuts because they're out, granted I'm here late afternoon, but why stay open late, oh, they have an ice cream counter here. Perhaps just a newer Dunkin' and haven't established the neighborhood routine. Atmosphere ok, service ok. But boy, I miss being able to come to Dunkin' and getting fresh doughnuts any time of the day.
Over sized woman was extremely rude. Didn’t even acknowledge we were outside. It’s like people forget what customer service is. Without customers there isn’t dunkin
They are always short supplied and drinks come out bad. No dress code and it always looks messy inside the store.
