Rude
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee working the drive-thru window was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly did not care about helping a paying customer. I placed my order online, assuming—reasonably—that a Dunkin’ location would serve hot food. Only when I arrived was I told they “don’t sell cooked food,” with zero warning during the online ordering process.
