they forgot things from my order, a muffin, a drink, and a donut, and when i tried to call them they answered and immediately hung up. my friends all tried calling back different times and they would not answer. bad service.
Normally don’t review things like this but just wanted to commend how patient polite and professional the employee was on the Drive Thru line. Made the morning easier to deal with. Food and coffees were made to our liking. Overall good team there from my experience
I was in town but live 40 minutes away. I went here and spent over $20 and two of my items were forgotten, then when I got home opened my sandwich and there was mold on it. When I tried to call about it no one answered.
found hair in my food not only did i order a sourdough breakfast sandwich there was mold on the crust of the bread..I ordered a black coffee i got a black tea . Morning shift sucks! .
Staff gave me iced coffee instead of latte then argued instead of accommodating.
