This is by far the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever had experience with. Time and time again they are understaffed and incompetent. Don’t waste your time and money here.
This location sucks
Had 8yr old kid running around behind the counter. Unprofessional.
4 people working and not one person turned around to acknowledge myself or my family when we walked in! Ordered on the kiosk and waited and waited. 2 other customers came in they waited a few minutes then were taken care of - AND WE WERE STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGING!!!! Had to go to the counter to ask for my order and the status since we did not order drinks! And to tell them to have better customer service since they CHOSE to work in a customer service job.
