Every time I come here Im asked to pull forward and wait at least 10 minutes for my order. The attitude of the employees varies every visit from very nice to very rude. I would recommend only visiting here as a last resort.
We order doordash and was missing stuff . I called and asked what happened. They said it was the other one. The manager made the missing food and brought it to my house themselves. I cant thank yall enough....made my wife's day so much better. The manager went above and beyond. Thank you again. I hope she sees this.
Never ever had an issue until today. The person working the window coughed into her hand, then directly came to the window and reached for my card. I called her out on the coughing into hand sitch and she acted like I was wrong for doing so. With her attitude turned her back to use hand sanatizer as she "spoke to her coworkers". Not a fan of the lack of options. For this place being mainly donuts they never seem to have anything but frosted and glazed available. Also why am I being told to pull forward when there are no other vehicles present and I ordered 3 items? This place is a joke. I won’t be coming back. Learn how to audit and do inventory stock properly
I walked up to the counter and waited. Finally a young person walked over and gave me the blank stare. No greeting. No asking what I would like. I start to order and again get the blank stare. Finally what I believe was the manager comes over and helps complete the order. I ordered a Butter Pecan Machiatto with sugar and cream for my wife, and when I got back to her it ended up being not right at all. Fist and last time going to this Dunkin.
