Yesterday, I stopped by and placed an order through the drive-thru. I noticed a constant stream of cars pulling up and leaving the drive-thru window without the line ever seeming to slow down. When it was my turn, I placed my order and pulled up to the window. That’s when I realized there was only one employee working—preparing my order while simultaneously taking the next customer’s order. Waited in the lobby way to long in the lobby then we just went through the drive through and still had to wait way to long
Every time we go in we always have to wait so long until someone takes our order and sometimes we end up just going to through the drive thru
Recent visit have been getting worse. Employees service is bad.
