First time in years that I wanted to give Dunkin a try . I pull up at 7:05pm and ask to try their wrap . Mind you their open till 10pm and the team member says “unfortunately we are cleaning the oven is there anything else we can get you” . Like who knows maybe I’m willing to wait but not even an option to wait while they finish. So I’m like okay well let’s do a coffee I guess . This Dunkin never has any donuts, can't place an order because the donuts I want they never have. Why offer them if you never have them? So frustrated, I just wanted a damn donut and couldn't get any. Edit: went here again last Saturday to literally barely any donuts, when I asked if they were planning on making more since it was 10:30am the girl behind the register told me, "I don't know." So that should be Dunkin donuts new slogan. I Don't Know!
I am daily customer and my recents visits within the last month at this location has not been having french vanilla. Also, the workers attitude towards me at the speaker and window are very rude.
