The creamer in my coffee was chunky. The girl at the window handed me my cup with the lid coming off, and it spilled everywhere and looks like vomit. She saw what happened and slammed the window shut.
Went around 4ish and was told they had no sprinkle donuts and only had glazed and a couple other nasty flavors…not sure why we can’t make more when there’s still 5 hours til close…
I go to this location 4-5 times a week for coffee, sometimes grab some donuts. The coffee is always great at this location and the donuts are fresh and tasty. The service is excellent--I've been regularly greeted by Francisco and Isla in the evening and they are always super friendly, always have my mobile order ready by the time I roll up, and are always prepared for the most important part of my order--our pug's pup cup. Always enjoy seeing our regular folks!!
I feel so bad for the TWO people working in the morning. Don't go here if you're in a hurry or have less then 10 minutes to spare. Even if you pre order. They don't staff enough people in the morning to run mobile orders, drive thru and counter service. Poor management.
Taylor provides standout service. She makes this Dunkin stand out amongst others! She makes my drink perfect every time.
