Came in just used the bathroom so I ordered told the clerk that I was ordering just used the bathroom. She let me order and then told me after the transaction that the bathroom was going to be closed for the rest of the day. The coffee was good, but it doesn't excuse the poor customer service at this location. Instead of a sign that says bathrooms for customers only, it should say bathrooms closed when they are closed. I asked for a refund, but since there's no manager on duty tonight, they couldn't give a refund.
Horrible. I ordered mobile and order was not made, I checked address and it was this store. They would not refund me! Order was nearly $20! So rude and was late to work due to their arguments and lack of help!
The ladies there are awesome they make you happy Everytime you walk in there I go to chiropractor down street and I stop in there 3 times a week after my visits
