My ice coffee was off, my fault I shouldve taste it before leaving...I'm unsure if the ingredients got mixed up. Things happen.it was extremely busy...The wait time was superb, I was in and out.Thank you.I'll be back
This is a wonderful location. The ladies here are so nice and efficient with the service they provide. It is always so clean and neat. The drink orders are always correct. They toast the croissants, and bagels just right. The coffee never has a burnt taste, and always get the ratios of cream to sugar correct (at least for me). **accessibility ramp is located at the back of the building **
Extremely disappointing experience. The store claims to close at 7 PM, but it was already shut down before 6 PM. I placed an online order and arrived shortly after to pick it up, only to find the doors locked and the place completely empty—no staff, no sign. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time. Won’t be coming back.
I went to order a coffee but my drink got messed up so I went back inside to ask if it can please get remade but the Manager has to most disgusting attitude they should change the management at this place , I will never come here again
Ordered a XL hot light and sweet dunkin midnight, got a large regular light at sweet but still charged the XL price. Out of dunkn midnight also.
