The do not care about any of the customers !!!!! Unless you are a friend of theirs . Then they will take a half an hour on you and all the workers to .
Employee was straight up dismissing customers. Also huge hygiene issues with the only employee touching my hot food, making others’ coffee with gloved hands immediately after receiving money from customers and giving back change in the same gloves! 🤮 Touching screen, money, food and coffee all with the same gloves!
Good coffee but man, things have gotten expensive
Staff behaviour was really bad. Prep counter was messy and the the guy making the coffee ( won't call him a barista, for sure!!) made a mess and touched the coffee while trying to put on the lid with his bare fingers while spilling coffee everywhere. Very unhygienic. Threw out empty cinnamon powder container across the room towards the trash can, which he missed, making another mess. Don't recommend this dunkin branch at all!
