Shilpa and Sachi have positive energy and are quick. Great team for the downstairs - they understand the need for coffee asap. Downstairs is wayyy better
Coffee was nasty, no customer service experience from workers drink wasn’t stirred long line and 5 workers with bad attitudes taste like dirt has to exchange lid as well bc it was messy nasty at top
