The coffee was up to par but the croissant wasn't toasted enough for me but still ok!

Terrible customer service at this Teall Avenue location. Three of my friends and I stopped by last evening for our neighborhood book club and had a miserable experience.Our order at the counter was delayed by five minutes because the lead clerk (who might be the manager) completely ignored us to train a new employee. I Loved
This place gets packed, and parking can be a headache sometimes, but the team handles the rush well. Friendly staff, good service, and my orders have always come out right. One of the better Dunkin locations I’ve been to.
