I'm not sure what series of failures leads a company to add 500 blinding LED lights around the outside of their building, but I can't actually look in the direction of this place anymore. I have never once in my life driven by a coffee and donut place (or a bank, for that matter, as is the case around the corner) and thought to myself "I sure with this place was 100x brighter than the sun. The customer service is not good here on Sunday morning 8/24 . I thought I had a nickel in my car I couldn’t find one at the time and I told the girl I’d have to make it a medium then I found a dime to make up the nickle I needed to get a large and she said oh I already did order it’s like I was lacking a nickle all they had to do was take my dime since I had given her 3.50 already and that would have covered the large I could get then. Do not use the app to order ahead. I've done that for the last 2 days. Turns out, they make it as soon as you put the order in. Instead of when you pull up to the speaker which is why of ive been getting old a** food and cold coffee for the last 2 days, because I don't make it there right away. I live 10 minutes- away super frustrating. I've been spending a ton of money here and I'm done I'm just gonna go to starbucks.
