Takes so long, even if you pre order. I was actually forgot about while at the window one time!
We stopped at this location between 11:30-12pm today on our way out of town. We come to Shawano often due to family in the area. We used the drive up and ordered an iced coffee, a refresher and a donut. When ordering, the speaker was muffled and hard to hear, it was as if the attendant was whispering or talking very low. The wait was longer than the standard wait time I've experienced at other Dunkin locations.
