They are absolutely amazing here and always have a great attitude!
Love their sizes and convenient location makes it easy to grab a latte when I stop through!
I'm not sure what happened, but we used to get our orders correct, and now they are always wrong. At this point, I can say with confidence 99% of our orders are wrong. The staff doesn't care about anything (except sometimes the manager when she's there). The only reason we keep going back is because we like the food and their rewards. We literally plan enough time to go back because something is probably wrong. If I got a $5 voucher for every time they messed it up/forgot stuff, I would never have to pay for dunkin' again.
