Poor customer service; when you typically hand someone their order you say “have a nice day”, or even “here ya are”, something, anything. The young girl who handed me my food just handed it to me and walked off. I understand when a place is busy, or even having an off day, but this is a constant at this establishment. Learn customer service, you don’t have to be good at it to put in a little effort
