Two individuals, female and male work there and are constantly away from the counter every time I go there. The female is always talking in her language to what seems to be her husband and she is rude and stares at ones face with an attitude she constantly makes remarks and laughs. For one week she has done it. They seem to hate their customers. Waiting for five minutes when the place was empty. Kept saying hello back to me but keep doing whatever in the back. Wouldn't even say wait a minute or nothing.
Meh. How is this place still open? Order is consistently messed up, they close early and the workers have no personality.
I went there in the morning thinking the bagels were fresh and plenty of choices not many choices. I got a cinnamon raisin bagel (not toasted). Got to work & bagel was not soft. Never going there again for food back to Manhattan Bagels.
