If I could give 0 stars I would, made a mobile order it took the worker 20 min to make it. I ordered a shaken espresso got an iced latte, they are similar but I ordered what I ordered for a reason. Paying $14 dollars for a drink and a tiny sandwich is ridiculous. My coffee was ready just sitting there waiting for a lid. I asked politely if I can please get my coffee that was already 15 min late, the guy with his AirPods on shaked his head but continued to prepare another sandwich in front of my face.
They took 20 mins for one coffee, they one worker went to bathroom and the other looked like a deer in the headlights.
This place needs better management. They serve old donuts and old begal twist. I know because I eat begal twist every day, and I know when they are old. Dunking should investigate this location as it's putting a bad name on the brand. Begal twist was probably reheated 2 times before it turns this color.
