This place needs better management. They serve old donuts and old begal twist. I know because I eat begal twist every day, and I know when they are old. Dunking should investigate this location as it's putting a bad name on the brand. Begal twist was probably reheated 2 times before it turns this color.
The owner (I think!) is such a sweet man and the food+drinks are always made with care!
Two individuals, female and male work there and are constantly away from the counter every time I go there. The female is always talking in her language to what seems to be her husband and she is rude and stares at ones face with an attitude she constantly makes remarks and laughs. For one week she has done it. They seem to hate their customers.
