Never ordering here again. You have works smelling like cigarettes, a dead and mute person working the register. God bless her heart but is that really an appropriate place to have her working? And these people want minimum wage raises smh. A clear indication of where our country and work force has fallen. Do better and be better. If any other business was rated 3/5 stars, it’d be shut down
Truly unprofessional. Why did this girl say “idk can you” when I went to order my coffee? Then she proceeded to giggle and make childish noises. Laughing and making smart remarks. Whoever they have working at the front needs to be evaluated or need to learn how to perform better customer service. Acting like a child when trying to order coffee is uncalled for. It makes an individual feel that their coffee wasn’t make safely or properly. Next time I experience this, it’s being reported to the higher up. Very weird energy.
I went to order a coffee for myself and a strawberry passion fruit for my daughter the young man repetitively tried to sell me a golden something instead. When I got my coffee it was wrong I politely asked for a remake. They did . Then after I listened the young man and lady bad my uth me to each other so I told the young man , I come here to buy things as a customer, not to listen to someone talk trash. Horrible service from those two, which is sad because I usually have such great service.
