Franchisee hasn't reached out in a week to resolve major issue. Dunkin corporate is useless. Told me it's the franchisee who handles refunds and they don't deal with this. Corporate doesn't care about their customers and this is not resolved. 250 points to resolve this? Lol, I spent $10 on something I never received. Im reporting the busienss, it's ownership, and dunkin to the proper regulatory agencies and going from there Had worst service imaginable today!! Horrible location. Avoid at all costs. They ignore you when you go inside and wait at the counter. Their computer systems at the drive thru always seem to "go down" yet it still lets you place an order. The staff are rude. If I could give a negative, I would. Their is no way to complain to the manager when inside because no one even acknowledges you are at the front register
