The ultimate one, two punch. If you want to start your day with slow service and some of the poorest customer service by miserable employees I highly recommend this location. Looking at the previous reviews it looks like many of you also experienced this joy.
I called to ask about an order I accidentally placed and the lady on the phone was rude for absolutely no reason. Didn’t end up getting the drink which was fine, but it’s nothing special. As someone else who works in customer service, I was not pleased and would not recommend going here if looking for a job. Very poor customer service. Would rather go to Starbucks.
This place repeatedly takes 10-15 minutes for a simple order with little to no people in the store. Every week we go the same day and whether there is 3 customers or 0 customers it takes 10-15 minutes. For a single 1.79 doughnut… this place sucks. Get some new management that actually knows how to handle time management
