Order was out on rack for pick up with out dozen donuts. Waited forever to ask for said dozen. One of the joys behind the counter yelled to the other soulless folk behind counter for a dozen. Minutes later come down for our slip for the chosen dozen, just to give us only 11 donuts and put the dirty gross slip inside the box on top of the donuts. Dirty and miserable. YUCK
Went in to pick up a mobile order. There were one or two other people waiting. I waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The 6 staff members were busy making drinks or chatting with one another. After I was the only one left waiting a girl asked me what the order name was and I gave it to her. She glanced at the receipts on the counter and another employee spilt water on the counter and tickets. After school the place fills with teenagers that walk over from the high-school. I needed to use the bathroom while I was there, which is a one seater, but there were 4 teenage boys in there together 🤔
I ordered ahead about 5 mins before I got there, walked in and no one said hello... no one said anything to me so i just stood there, no one else was waiting for anything just me. Waited an additional 5 mins for 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns while the girl making the sandwiches showed more interest in telling her coworker how she wanted her own iced tea made.
