They are using leftover donuts from the day before 😷😷😷😷 My donut was so stale and dry
I ordered I waited a long time to get food in my lunch break to not be able to eat it because coffee taste like water and bagel was so hard to be able to chew.
Edit: This morning I was pleasently surprised by the e cellent customer service provided by Courtny and Emily. It made my day. Great eye contact, cheerful and welcoming, kind and considerate.
