I don’t understand why the lady working drive thru never wants to make food. Ever. I am ALWAYS told (before I can even finish my sentence) that food is a 10-15 minute wait, knowing most people don’t have that time. Doesn’t matter what time of day or how busy they are. That lady neverrrr wants to let you order food AND they literally just reopened. Like what is going on.
We went in to order… they told us they couldn’t take our order inside and that we had to go through drive thru. We went thru drive thru and they could not find what we wanted to order… a frozen hot chocolate. She said she couldn’t find it on the screen. She kept saying she was looking for it. We ended up leaving after a while. Overall terrible experience with Dunkin Donuts in PA. Service and customer service has been bad at any that we have gone to while visiting here. Due to poor staffing or should I say management, I went into this store to buy breakfast for business staff. The manager just points to a sign rudely and blows off customers without really being hospitable.
It was a little busy but nothing really to wait for,, and my frozen coffee was delicious as always.
My favorite Dunkin! Love the staff and manager. Drinks always made right and staff are all pleasant. Love going to for my Frozen coffees!
